Navigating the FMCSA Portal

Have you tried to access your CSA scores since January 1, 2024, and struggled with being able to access your data?  In response to the presidential mandate for Multi-Factor Authentication, in 2024, the FMCSA has transitioned all users with credentials for any FMCSA system.  Users will now be required to use a Login.gov account in lieu of their current credentials to access FMCSA systems.
